Guides from Seaspray Kayaking will provide instructions and equipment. Kayaks will be both Recreational (very stable and roomy) and ocean (longer and faster).  The two person kayaks are equipped with rudders, allowing beginners the option of steering with their feet. It is usually very comfortable paddling on the Coast of

Maine

in July, but it is always good to bring a fleece top and/or windbreaker, just in case the temperatures dip in the evening. We also recommend water shoes, a water bottle, sunblock, bug spray and a camera. The water temperature will be around 70 degrees.
